SHELBY COUNTY, TX (KTRE) - A Shelby County grand jury has indicted a woman accused of killing a man during an altercation in January.
According to a previous report, the Shelby County Sheriff's Office responded to a 911 call about a shooting incident the evening of Jan. 19. When they arrived, they found a man named Joshua Kellum who had been shot. He was pronounced dead at a Nacogdoches hospital.
A second person, who the indictment identifies as Marcus Wayne Evans, was injured.
