Police: Nacogdoches woman slices ex with box cutter in store parking lot

NACOGDOCHES, TX (KTRE) -

Nacogdoches police have arrested a Nacogdoches woman accused of cutting her ex-boyfriend with a box cutter in the Walmart parking lot Friday morning.

Jennifer Moreno, 20, is charged with first-degree aggravated assault, state-jail felony possession of a controlled substance and misdemeanor B fleeing a police officer.

According to the Nacogdoches police report, a man told police his ex-girlfriend stabbed him with a box cutter at 12:29 a.m.. While police were investigating, they reported Moreno drove slowly by the business. When officers tried to contact her, they reported she took numerous side roads to avoid them.

When police found her, they searched the vehicle and found cocaine in the vehicle, according to the report.
