Accused Bank Robber Federally Indicted On Two Counts

The man accused of robbing the Angelina Savings Bank in Lufkin March 31st has now been indicted in federal court.

Investigators say after that robbery, 32-year-old David Tucker led them on a high speed chase around Lufkin before they caught him.  When authorities searched his truck, they found a gun.

Tucker apparently filled out a loan application at the same bank before the robbery.

A federal grand jury indicted him on robbery charges, and charges of carrying a gun into a federal building.
