Tatyana Lacey made history for the West Sabine girls basketball program. She’s the first player to sign to play college basketball in 26 years.
The four-year letterwinner was named the team MVP freshmen year. Lacey is also a two-time first-team all-district selection, was named the district MVP and made the all-region first-team.
She played in the USA Junior National All-State Competition and earned an invite to the Junior National Sports Festival.
Lacey received offers from multiple schools including Robert Morris University, Sul Ross State University, Temple College, and Southern University of Shreveport.
