A Huntington woman is among those still mourning the loss of Pope John Paul II, a person she feels a special connection with.
Krystyna Rezner is from the Pope's hometown in Poland. She's disappointed at how little some East Texans seem to know about the Pope. To Rezner, the Pope was someone who worked hard to improve the lives of many people, not just Catholics.
Rezner said, "He's the figure for the whole world; it's not only one country. The Catholics [are] all over the world, so he's our leader."
