ARLINGTON, TX- The Texas Rangers went into the MLB Draft Tuesday with the No. 30 overall pick and decided to bring in high school pitcher Cole Ragans.
Ragans in a left handed pitcher out of North Florida Christian High School. He tops out at 93 mph, but Ragans is also known for his curveball and changeup.
The senior is 6-foot-3 with a .90 ERA, and 104 strikeouts in 70 innings.
Ragans is a Florida State commit but is reportedly expected to sign with the Rangers.
