Judge sets bond for woman accused of setting up sex assault of disabled at $100k

LUFKIN, TX (KTRE) -

A justice of the peace has set bail for a Newton woman accused of setting up sexual encounters between her boyfriend and a mentally disabled woman at $100,000.

Janice Crocker Caswell, 62, is charged with first-degree aggravated sexual assault.

Caswell is accused of manipulating the 24-year-old woman into having sex with her boyfriend, William Walley, 54.

According to the affidavit, Walley sexually assaulted the woman on several occasions over a few days span, using several different sexual methods.
The affidavit states Caswell would tell the girl how to get into different positions to have sex with him.

Walley is also in jail on the same charge and being held on a $100,000 bond.
