MEMPHIS, TN- According to ESPN, former Dallas Maverick Chandler Parsons is jumping ship to the Memphis Grizzlies. Parsons has agreed to a four-year maximum contract worth $94.8 million.
Parsons reportedly committed to Memphis right after the free agency period opened Friday night. The contract cannot officially be signed until Thursday.
The 27-year-old also reportedly received a max deal from the Portland Trail Blazers.
Parsons spent just two seasons in Dallas, but failed to play a full season both years. Knee injuries prematurely ended both seasons.
