NACOGDOCHES, TX (KTRE) -

Officers with the Nacogdoches Police Department arrested 17-year-old man Sunday afternoon after he took a woman’s vehicle without permission and wrecked it.

Richard Ray Miller Jr., of Nacogdoches, is still being held in the Nacogdoches County Jail on a state-jail felony unauthorized use of a motor vehicle charge. No bail amount has been set at this time.

According to the Nacogdoches Police Department’s daily activity report, after Miller stole the vehicle from a home in the 800 block of Jordan Street, he wrecked it by colliding with a fixture or landscaping in the 110 block of Clay Street. Then Jenkins allegedly tried to flee the scene of the accident.
