In The Kitchen: Oven Baked Omelet

1 lb. sausage (your choice of seasonings)
1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 1/4 cups milk
3 eggs
3 TBSP. flour
1 can diced green chilies
Crumble sausage.  Cook and drain well.  Spray 9 x 9 pan with Pam.  Put both cheeses in bottom of pan.  Mix eggs, milk, flour, sausage, and green chilies in bowl.  Mix well.  Pour on top of cheeses.
Bake 40 minutes in 350 degree preheated oven.
Ingredients can be prepared the night before, and baked the next morning.
