Teenagers Indicted In Botched Theft Case

Two people accused of using a stolen car to rob a Lufkin home in March were indicted this week by a grand jury.

Arthur Clay, III and Brandon Wade Rosson are both charged with burglary of a habitation.

Police say Rosson, Clay and two juveniles stole TVs and a stereo out of the home and tried to sell those items at a local pawn shop.  A deputy spotted the stolen car in the parking lot and confronted the group.

The suspects had planned to use the money for a trip to South Padre Island.
