LUFKIN, TX (KTRE) - Festival lovers you're in for a treat this upcoming hump day.
Crews have been working around the clock on Tuesday preparing for the kick off of the 32nd Annual Texas State Forest Festival in Angelina County.
On Wednesday festival-goers can expect countless vender food options, live entertainment, and of course, a good time for the entire family.
"It's a great time for families, children and friends to come out and enjoy and celebrate," program and operations manager, Melissa Wheeler said. "I believe the weather is going to be awesome."
If you bring three canned food items, you will receive $5.00 off your carnival wristband.
It's part of the KTRE Night at the Texas Forest Festival.
