Tenaha has been on a roll this year, and nothing has seemed to be able to stop the Tigers or their quarterback CJ Horn. The junior has been nominated for the Mr. Texas High School Football Player of the Week honor by Dave Campbell’s Texas Football.

Horn is one of 10 players across the state nominated for the award.

Horn and his Tigers are coming off a dominant 74-0 win over Wortham to extend on a 7-0 record. The quarterback led the night with a five-touchdown performance and 508 yards.

The nomination is a voting based competition that ends Friday at 12:30 p.m. To vote for Horn, click here.
