Caswell is accused of manipulating the 24-year-old mentally disabled woman into having sex with Walley, her boyfriend.
According to the affidavit, Walley sexually assaulted the woman on several occasions over a few days' span, using several different sexual methods.
The affidavit states Caswell would tell the girl how to get into different positions to have sex with him.
When a SANE exam was done on the alleged victim, the nurse discovered injuries that were consistent with recent sexual assault.
The arrest affidavit states Walley gave the mentally disabled woman two rings and threatened her to not tell anyone about the assaults. It also states Caswell attempted suicide for having let the assaults occur.

While he was on federal supervised release, he agreed to go back into federal custody for another three months. After the additional time in a federal prison, he was required to do an additional 27 months of supervised release.
According to a criminal complaint filed in 2007, Mettlen, who lived in Angelina County at the time, owned approximately 127 pornographic images depicting children in sexual activity. According to the Angelina County Sheriff's Office report, the victim told deputies that he was in the area of FM 1475 and FM 326 when he stopped at a stop sign. The victim stated that a male later identified as Bentley jumped into the car and started screaming that someone was trying to kill him.
