NACOGDOCHES, TX (KTRE) -

Interior design students at Stephen F. Austin State University are wanting to help you decorate your home for the holidays.

They've been busy designing and making home decor, high quality wreaths, gift baskets, art and ornaments.

It's all part of the annual 'Silent Night Auction' to raise funds for field trips and career days.

"We're raising money so that our students can go on trips, professional trips, to meet with professionals,” said Pamela Garcia, the president of SFA’s student interior design organization. “To learn a little more about the career. And also trips, such as Shreveport, where we get to tour design offices and projects that interior designers have done themselves, so it's really just to benefit our students.”

The 'Silent Night Auction' will be set up tomorrow and Wednesday at the Nacogdoches Convention and Visitors Bureau.

Bids can be placed on items from nine to five each day.
