This is one of those recipes that is perfect for breakfast, lunch or dinner! Cornbread breakfast pizza is a fun new way to eat bacon and eggs.
This recipe is so prevalent in various forms on the internet, so we decided to try it out to see if it's as good as everyone says!
Cornbread crust breakfast pizza

1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix
1/2 cup sour cream
one large egg
(Combine these ingredients in a mixing bowl to make crust. Spread into a greased 12" skillet and bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes or until golden brown.)
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
6 ounces bacon, cooked and chopped
salt and pepper
several green onions,, sliced
Add cheese, then eggs, then bacon, then a sprinkling of salt and pepper, and bake at 400 for 15 more minutes. If eggs are too runny for your liking, cook a few minutes more. When serving, sprinkle with sliced green onions.
