A Nacogdoches man has been arrested for calling in a bomb threat earlier this month to the Nacogdoches County Courthouse. Authorities believe he did it to avoid a 'court appearance.' Carlos Shepherd, 25, was scheduled to be in court on may 6 for a 'drug possession charge'. Shepherd was not in jail at the time of the call, but he is right now for drug delivery. He now faces third degree felony charges accused of making a 'terroristic threat.'
