An East Texas man accused of helping his girlfriend bury her son in a backyard has a new pre-trial date.

Billy Hill was due in a Polk County court Wednesday for a hearing.  Now, his new court date is set for June 29th.

Hill and his girlfriend, Tabitha Boone, are accused of working together to bury the body of Tabitha's four-year-old son, Anthony Boone.

Boone reportedly confessed to killing her son two years ago and led authorities to his remains behind a home in the community of Ace.

Hill faces up to 10 years in prison.
