Affidavits: Crockett man offered 2 women money for sex, sexually assaulted 1

CROCKETT, TX (KTRE) -

Officers with the Crockett Police Department arrested 37-year-old man in connection to allegations that he offered two women money for sex before he sexually assaulted one of them and exposed himself to the other victim in two separate incidents on Monday.

Javoltrick Fritzell “Lock” Lockhart, of Crockett, was booked into the Houston County Jail on a felony sexual assault charge and two misdemeanors – prostitution and indecent exposure.

According to one of the arrest affidavits, Lockhart approached one of the victims at her home. When she came out on her porch, Lockhart allegedly “told her he wanted a woman and offered her $10,” and the woman told him no.

At that point, Lockhart grabbed the woman by her shirt, got behind her, and started sexually assaulting her, the affidavit stated. The woman told police she and Lockhart “wrestled and fought” on her porch,” the affidavit stated.

Lockhart allegedly pulled the woman’s shorts down and sexually assaulted her.

The woman gave police a description of her attacker and told them she knew the man, the affidavit stated.

The affidavit stated that Crockett PD officers learned through investigation and talking to witnesses that Lockhart was the suspect and that people in the community call him, “Lock.”

In a separate incident, Lockhart walk into the ladies’ restroom at Crockett’s IT Williams Park with his genitals exposed, asked her if she wanted some of his [expletive] and offered her $10, the affidavit stated. The alleged victim told Lockhart to get away from her and walked out of the restroom.

“At this time, [the alleged victim] was scared and had to walk a different way back home in fear that he would come back and try to do something with her.”
