Polk County Crimestoppers looking for trailer thief

LIVINGSTON, TX (KTRE) -

The Livingston Police Department is investigating the theft of a trailer from a local business.

According to a press release on the Crimestoppers website, Livingston Police were called out to the Acres RV Sales on December 16 in the early morning hours. 

"The evidence collected at the scene shows the suspects forced entry by cutting the lock on the front gate," the release said. "The suspects vehicle drove through the gate and hooks up to the travel trailer and exits the property. One of the suspects is wearing white tennis shoes, light colored jacket and dark colored shirt. The vehicle appears to be a early model dark colored Dodge dually P/U(possibly 4X4) with a ranch hand bumper on the front, round ranch hand bumper on the rear and a tool box in the bed."
