Huntington man indicted for improper care of baby

LUFKIN, TX (KTRE) -

An Angelina County grand jury has indicted a Huntington man on two counts of child endangerment.

Matthew Stephen Warden, 32, was booked into the Angelina County Jail on Dec. 29. The indictment states his bail is set at $10,000, but he has not yet been booked out of the jail.

According to the indictment, Warden placed an infant in danger by failing to supervise them on Sept. 16 and Nov. 22.
