Sabine County grand jury indicts duo in connection to children testing positive for meth

HEMPHILL, TX (KTRE) - A Sabine County grand jury has indicted a Hemphill man and woman accused of exposing two children to meth.

Rachel Grigg and Kory Kenneth Lyons, were arrested in November. They are now each charged with two counts of endangering a child.

According to a previous arrest affidavit, two children were living with Grigg, their mother, and Lyons at a home on Clara Lane in Hemphill.

The pair were arrested after the two children tested positive for meth on Nov. 11.
