NACOGDOCHES, TX (KTRE) - The state has dropped a charge against a former SFA student originally arrested for assisting in the delivery of a prescription form to someone.
According to paperwork filed on Oct. 16, 2015, and provided by Attorney John Heath Jr., the state dropped a charge against Tyler Lee Lokey.
The documents show Lokey's record was expunged from all offices.
Lokey had been accused of delivering a a prescription form to another person. He was arrested on March 21, 2013, while Nacogdoches police were in the middle of an ongoing investigation.
