A&W Pork Shoulder
Sweet and tangy mix of A&W Root beer and Sweet Baby Rays BBQ sauce is a great marinade for any pork shoulder. Slowwww Cooked to perfection. Ingredients: 1 5lbs Pork shoulder 2 cans A&W root beer 1 Jar of Sweet Baby BBQ Sauce Directions: Mix Root beer and Sauce, pour over pork shoulder and slow cook for 4 hours till meat is tender. Shred with fork and place on Potato slider buns. Top off with Cajun coleslaw and enjoy.
Cajun Coleslaw Creamy and spice give this coleslaw the perfect fit for BBQ Ingredients: 1 Head Cabbage, finely shredded 2 Lg carrots finely shredded ¾ cup mayo 2 tbsp sour cream 1 tbsp sugar 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar 2 tbsp chipotle tabasco 1 tbsp chopped onion
Directions: Combine Ingredients an hour before you serve and let it sit in fridge. Top off any BBQ or Sandwich
