Ocean Buffet at 3613 North Street: 18 demerits for several buffet items needed to be discarded because of improper hot-hold temperature, foods not kept covered in coolers, buckets and boxes of food stored improperly on cooler and freezer floors, spray bottle needed to be re-labeled, thermometers not provided for all coolers and freezers, ice scoops not stored properly, and one utensil needed to be re-cleaned.

Dickey’s Barbecue Pit at 3505 South Street, Suite C: 13 demerits for one can of barbecue beans needed to be discarded because it was dented, prep cooler needed to be repaired, hand towels not provided for all hand wash sinks, one knife with a broken tip needed to be discarded because it wasn’t smooth and easily cleanable, and missing ceiling tiles needed to be replaced.

Nini’s Donuts No. 1 at 1617 South Street: 11 demerits for two drink products needed to be discarded, date marking needed for sliced ham, and hand towel access needed.

Moonlight Lounge and Restaurant at 4720 South Street: 10 demerits for date marking needed, hot water needed to be adjusted at hand wash sink to a minimum of 110 degrees Fahrenheit, and weatherproofing needed for all entries and exits.

Pepper Jack’s at 1504 North Street: 8 demerits for front prep cooler and WIC out of temperature and ready-to-eat foods not stored properly in cooler.

Taco Bueno at 1821 North Street: 8 demerits for cut produce needed to be discarded from prep cooler because of improper cold hold, prep cooler needed to be repaired, and any water-damaged ceiling tiles needed to be replaced.

Casa Tomas at 1514 North Street: 7 demerits for several items in refrigerator not labeled and no thermometer in prep cooler.

Flashback Café at 109 Wettermark: 7 demerits for boxes of food store improperly in cooler and freeze and spray bottle needed to be relabeled.

Olde Towne Restaurant and General Store at 205 East Main: 7 demerits for use-by dates needed and trays found on hand wash sink.

Taco Mango at 3801 North Street, Suite 17: 6 demerits for visible thermometers not provided for all coolers and freezer, bottom shelves in several coolers and freezers needed to be cleaned and sanitized, and vents not kept clean.

Donut Express at 624 NE. Stallings Drive: 6 demerits for insect repellant out of place in storage area and no sanitizing solution.

Black Jack Tater Shack at 1402 South Street: 4 demerits for items in refrigerator not labeled.

Fuzzy’s Taco Shop at 4909 North Street: 3 demerits for one spray bottle not labeled,

Pizza Hut at 3102 N. University: 0 demerits.

Stripes at 3104 N. University: 0 demerits.
