Huntington Woman Pleads Guilty To Causing Daughter's Death

A Huntington woman pleaded guilty Thursday to killing one of her kids in a drunk driving wreck last year.

Tina Due and her family cried as she plead guilty to intoxication manslaughter. A judge sentenced her to five years in prison.

Tests showed Due had more than twice the legal limit of alcohol in her system when she took a curve too fast on a farm to market road near Huntington, flipping her SUV.

Due's eight year old daughter died in the crash. She faced up to 20 years behind bars.
