State Takes Kids Away From Couple Accused Of Murder

Children's Protective Services has taken away the parental rights of an East Texas couple charged with murdering a little boy.

Both Tabitha Boone and Billy Hill are expected in court Wednesday for the two-year-old case. They're accused of killing Boone's son and burying him in a backyard in Polk County.

The state placed the couple's other kids in foster care right after police found four-year-old Anthony Boone's remains. That foster family will now adopt both girls, ages eight and one-and-a half.

Boone and Hill are still in the Polk County jail awaiting trial.
