Livingston drug raid results in 7 felony arrests, seizure of meth, other drugs, guns

LIVINGSTON, TX (KTRE) -

A drug raid by the Livingston Police Department resulted in seven felony arrests and the seizure of meth, ecstasy, morphine, marijuana, numerous pistols, and drug paraphernalia Tuesday afternoon.

According to a press release, officers with the Livingston Police Department executed a search warrant on a home in the 1200 block of Brinwood place at about 2:49 p.m. Tuesday. 

During the search, they found more than 400 grams of methamphetamine and about 900 assorted pills -  including morphine, ecstasy, and meth tablets, and marijuana. The Livingston PD officers also seized several handguns and “items used for the sale of illegal narcotics.”

The case is still under investigation, the press release stated. 

The suspects, their charges, and their collective bail amounts are listed below: 

  • Hennesy Decker, 18, of Livingston, first-degree manufacture/delivery of a controlled substance. $30,000.
  • Brandy Michelle Hope, 43, of Livingston, first-degree manufacture/delivery of a controlled substance, two counts of third-degree possession of a controlled substance, Class A misdemeanor possession of a controlled substance, Class A misdemeanor possession of a dangerous drug, Class B misdemeanor possession of marijuana, $55,000.
  • Jared William Hope, 18, of Livingston, first-degree manufacture/delivery of a controlled substance, $30,000.
  • Justin Ray Hope Sr., 41, of Livingston, first-degree manufacture/delivery of a controlled substance, two counts of third-degree possession of a controlled substance, third-degree unlawful possession of a firearm by a felon, Class A misdemeanor possession of a controlled substance, Class A misdemeanor possession of a dangerous drug, Class B misdemeanor possession of marijuana, $65,000.
  • Justin Ray Hope Jr., 21, of Livingston, first-degree manufacture/delivery of a controlled substance, Class A misdemeanor possession of a dangerous drug, $32,000.
  • Caleb Isaiah Myers, 18, first-degree manufacture/delivery of a controlled substance, $30,000.
