1 can garbanzo beans (drained)
3 cloves fresh garlic
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
1 Fresh Lemon
Salt and pepper to taste

For a refreshing appetizer/spread, put first 3 ingredients in cuisine art; blend until smooth or the right consistency for humus spread. Add 1 TBSP freshly squeezed lemon juice and salt and pepper to taste. Refrigerate. Can be used for up to 1 week as appetizer dip, spread. Simple and easy.
