NACOGDOCHES, TX (KTRE) -

Tickets are now on sale for the Lamp-Lite Theatre's production of "Nunsense."

Nunsense is  a lighthearted musical comedy about a fundraiser put on by the Little Sisters of Hoboken.

Jackie Vose plays Mother Superior, a role that places her in situations not commonly experienced by nuns.

"The nuns, the sister, the five sisters, are putting on a talent show to raise money to bury a couple of sisters that they've had to keep in the freezer because they ran out of money," Sarah McMullan, the play's director said.

Opening night is Friday, September 29 with performances on Saturdays and Sundays. The same schedule will be followed starting  Oct. 6. Ticket information can be found on the Lamp-Lite Theatre Facebook page.
