Jen's Down Home Mac & Cheese

Recipe from Jennifer Smith of Va.

2lb box elbow macaroni
1 can condensed milk
1 1/2 cup milk
8 eggs
1 small can chilies
5 cups of your favorite cheese(I buy cubed cheese and mix in after all other cheese)
Salt & pepper to taste

Boil macaroni according to directions, drain water, put mac in large bowl and add butter. In a separate bowl, mix together condensed milk, regular milk, and eggs. Add to macaroni, mix in chilies and shredded cheese. Pour into casserole dish. Cook uncovered in oven, preheated to 350 degrees for 45minutes to 1 hour. Don't forget to sprinkle some cheese on top of the casserole. Macaroni and Cheese is done when cheese on top is Golden Brown.
