Some Lufkin businesses spent Friday morning cleaning up shattered glass, all because of a crime spree.
At least nine reports were filed about broken glass. Police believe teenagers were shooting out windows with sling shots and marbles or paintball guns and marbles early in the morning.
The crimes may seem minor, but investigators know activities like this can turn dangerous.
Lt. Greg Denman says if someone was inside the business working late, and a marble hit them it would be similar to using a small rifle.
