It just takes one good deed to help out several East Texas families. That is exactly what a Nacogdoches Boy Scout found out.
Eleven-year-old Ethan Lott had to come up with a community service project for his Troop 103. He came up with a fan drive. He raised more than $200 and was able to buy 20 fans for East Texas families."
Lott said, "I just went door to door asking people to donate, and then I went to Wal-Mart and bought the fans."
Lott says he didn't realize how many people were in need of fans and he plans to continue to volunteer his time.
