Several members of the Angelina College baseball team earned post-season honors, landing on the Region XIV Eastern Texas All-Conference team.

Freshman Sean Bergeron, a Crosby native, earned First-Team honors as a starting pitcher after posting a 3.32 ERA and 66 strikeouts in 59 innings. The versatile Bergeron also hit .291 with five homers and 20 RBI.

Earning Second-Team honors were shortstop Hayden Baker of Katy (.323 batting average, three homers and 20 RBI); second baseman Nic Garza of Round Rock (.377 average, 21 RBI); third baseman Dylan Murphy of Lufkin (.312 average, three homers, 27 RBI); pitcher Jacob Mead of Round Rock (4.54 ERA, 37 strikeouts in 41 innings); and pitcher Jarod Sprinkle of Pollok Central (4.46 ERA, 40 strikeouts in 42 innings)

Catcher Dillon Nesbit of Spring earned Honorable Mention honors after hitting .422 with a homer and 13 RBI.

The Roadrunners host the Region XIV Conference Tournament beginning on Saturday at the Larry Phillips Family Sports Complex on the Angelina College campus. AC faces San Jacinto College at 5 p.m. on Saturday.
