Polk County SO asking for public's help in finding 3rd suspect in burglary, car theft

The Polk County Sheriff's Office is asking for the public's help in finding the third suspect in an incident that involved burglary and a stolen vehicle.

Two of the three suspects are already in custody, according to a post on the Polk County Sheriff's Office Facebook page.

"The Polk County Sheriff's Office received a report of a burglary and a stolen vehicle off Nine Bridge Rd.," the Facebook post stated. "An investigation was conducted, and three suspects were identified. Probable cause was established, and warrants were issued for all three involved."

The post stated that two of the three individuals have been arrested. Richard Fifield, 36, is still at large.

"If anyone has knowledge of his whereabouts, contact the Polk County Sheriff's Office at (936) 327-6810 or Crime Stoppers 9936) 327-STOP, where you can remain anonymous and may collect a cash reward leading to an arrest."
