U.S. Sen. John Cornyn announced Friday that his Senate office would remain open 24 hours a day to help assist with constituent questions and emergency coordination.
 
“Until further notice, our office will have personnel on hand 24 hours a day to answer questions from constituents, and to provide support for emergency coordination,” Cornyn said. “I encourage Texans to heed the warnings and directions of local and state emergency management officials throughout this emergency.”
