NACOGDOCHES, TX (KTRE) - If the 2018-19 SFA Lumberjacks make it back to the NCAA National Tournament they will be battle tested.
Today it was made official that the defending Southland Conference Tournament Champions will meet up with the University of Miami on Tuesday, November 13 in Coral Gables, Florida.
It is the fourth confirmed game on the SFA non-conference schedule.
A week after traveling to Miami, SFA will welcome Marist to town. The team also has December dates at Waco on the 18 against Baylor and at home on December 30 against Alabama.
The game against Marist is part of the 2018 Basketball Hall of Fame Belfast Classic. Last year, SFA, Miami and Alabama all made the NCAA Tournament. Baylor made it to the NIT and Marist finished the season 6-25.
