Former Employee Allegedly Threatens To Kill President Of The Company

A former employee of Golden Triangle Pipe in Lufkin is accused of threatening the president of the company.

Jefferson County police arrested the man on Monday. He was apparently going to the company's Beaumont office to confront the president.

Just a week earlier, the man brought a gun to the Lufkin office located on Regal Row off Highway 94. The manager there took the gun, got the bullets out, and gave the gun back.

The man no longer works for the company. His name is not being released. The president of the company is declining to comment.
