Oklahoma D.A. Clears Lufkin Postmaster

The Lufkin postmaster charged with embezzlement last month is back on the job. A spokesperson with the U.S. Post Office sayid Stanford Logan is free and clear of the allegations.

Logan and his wife, Pamela, were accused of taking $85,000 from the woman's elderly mother. The couple said the financial transactions were made because they planned to buy a bigger house for the woman.

Stanford Logan had been on personal leave while the post office looked into the allegations.
