Juveniles Scheduled for Detention Hearing in Murder Case

Three juveniles charged with the capital murder of a Cushing man are scheduled for another detention hearing Tuesday.

16-year-old Shaina Sepulvado and 15-year-olds Colton Weir and Gary Batchelor have been in a juvenile detention center since the end of October.

At least one of the juveniles is expected to waive the hearing. That is something that is common in this type of case.

Shaina's mother, Marcia Kelly is accused of hiring the three and others to kill her husband. James Kelly was shot in the head while he was sleeping.
