Fried Baked Potatoes

Recipe from Alicia Miller of OH

2 cups of cut up Potatoes
2 tsbp of Lemon Juice
Salt and Pepper to taste
5 tsbp of fresh Garlic
2 tbsp of Cajun seasonings

Preheat oven to broil. Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Put in an ungreased pan and broil for 10 minutes, take out of oven and let cool for 5 minutes.
