A juvenile detention hearing for one of three teens accused of capital murder was waived Friday morning in Nacogdoches. For now Gary Batchelor Junior will continue to stay in juvenile detention. He's accused of being connected with the October murder of James Kelly Senior in Cushing. The district attorney wants him certified as an adult in the murder for hire case and taken to the county jail. The adult certification hearing will be scheduled later.
