Papacita's Fried Ice Cream

Two scoops vanilla ice cream

1 cup crushed corn flakes

1 cup powdered sugar

1 cup cinnamon

honey

whipped cream

cherries

Mix powdered sugar and cinnamon. Mold scoops of ice cream into a palm-sized ball. Roll ice cream scoop into the powdered sugar and cinnamon mixture. Roll again into the crushed corn flakes until fully covered. Place scoops in freezer for at least 3 hours before frying. Pour vegetable oil in fryer and heat to 350 degrees. Using tongs, dip ice cream scoop into hot oil for 3-4 seconds and place in a bowl. Top with honey, whipped cream and a cherry. Serve immediately.
