Heart disease is the number one killer of both men and women.
In fact, six in ten women fear being diagnosed with breast cancer, and only one in ten women fear heart disease. Yet, heart disease takes more lives. By exercising and eating well-balanced meals you can minimize heart problems.
There are many symptoms of heart disease.
Dr. J. Chandra, a cardiologist, said, "The most common symptom is chest tightness or chest pressure, or any kind of chest discomfort, especially if it is associated with shortness of breath or sweating."
