Stolen Truck May Have Been Used in a Robbery

Authorities believe a truck stolen from a Lufkin home was used in a robbery Tuesday night. Police said three men stole a pickup from Armory Street in Lufkin, then crashed the truck into a grocery store in Hudson.

They reportedly stole chips, cigarettes, burritos, and cigars from Lanswood Market. The stolen truck was later found burned on Old Wells Highway, north of Highway 7.

Authorities said the truck owner's debit card was left in the vehicle and the alleged robbers used it to buy gas nearby.
