In the Kitchen: Komen Cookbook's Sopapilla Cheesecake

Sopapilla Cheesecake
 
2 packages crescent rolls
1 package cream cheese
2 sticks real butter
1 TBS. vanilla
1 cup sugar
cinnamon
sugar
 
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.  Lay one can of crescent rolls on bottom of a pan.  Mix cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla together.  Spread mixture on top of crescent rolls.  Lay the second can of crescent rolls on top of the mixture.  Poor melted butter on top.  Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar to taste.  Bake until golden brown about 20-30 minutes.
