SFA President Dr. Tito Guerrero has said no to running a school district in Corpus Christi. But will he say 'yes' to running Arkansas State? The popular SFA leader has been courted by both. When the Corpus Christi Independent School District released his name as a possible superintendent prospect Guerrero promptly removed his name from consideration. He did not like the district's premature announcement.
But Guerrero confirmed Arkansas State staff visited with him about a job last week. Guerrero says his interest will depend on the configuration of the new chancellor position.
