Pumpkin Pie

Recipe from Juanita McPherson of Ky.

Ingredients:

  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1 cup Bisquick
  • Cinnamon to taste
  • 2 16-oz. cans pumpkin
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 13-oz. cans evaporated milk
  • Vanilla to taste

Directions:

Mix together and pour into a 13x9 or larger baking dish.  Bake at 350 degrees for 50-60 minutes.
