Mississippi melt-in-your-mouth cookies

Recipe from Lee Jenkins of Mississippi

Ingredients:

  • 1 box yellow cake mix
  • 2 eggs
  • 2/3 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • Your choice of chips

Directions:

Stir the cake mix, eggs, oil and flour together first. Add either a bag of chocolate chips, chocolate and peanut butter chips, peanut butter and toffee chips, chocolate chunks or a combination of any of the above. Stir the chips in and drop by spoonfuls onto an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 325 for 10 to 15 minutes, depending on your oven. Cool on wax paper
for 10 minutes before eating.
