Nacogdoches Police Report - 10/31/06

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF:  1100 block of Hackberry. Unknown persons broke a window out of complainant's vehicle.

THEFT:  5100 block of North Street. Complainant dropped his cell phone, and when he returned it was missing.

AGGRAVATED ASSAULT:  2600 block of Daybreak. Two suspects each tried to assault each other. Both had knives. No injuries. Angelia Williams and Jouwana Staudly were arrested.

THEFT:  100 block of East Seale Street. Complainant reported that his half pit bull dog was stolen from in front of his apartment.

DWLI:  100 block of Bowie Street. Suspect vehicle stopped for traffic and driver's dl found to be suspended. Angelia Hall was arrested.

UNAUTHORIZED USE OF A VEHICLE:  4920 NE Stallings Drive. A tan 1993 Ford pickup had been left in the parking lot with the keys locked in it. When complainant came back with extra keys, it was missing.  

ROBBERY:  Depot Chevron, 400 block of West Main. White male suspect entered the store and pushed the clerk and removed an undetermined amount of cash from the register. Investigation underway.
